No. Discharge and charge limits are separate. Summit Air publishes a 0°C charge floor, Sandberg publishes 0°C, and the current UK Summit 10000 and 20000 pages do not publish charging ranges.

Will these deliver the same runtime in the cold as indoors?

Not proven. Temperature, heating draw, device use, cable losses and battery condition change delivered energy. UK Shortlists has not run a cold chamber or measured charge count.

Is the solar model self-sufficient in winter?
