A folding frame is only the first check. The useful question is whether the folded stroller passes through your boot opening, fits alongside the things you carry, and is practical to lift and unfold for each trip.

Measure the opening, not just the boot floor

1. Measure the narrowest boot opening, including the available height beneath the hatch.
2. Measure the usable space inside with your usual bags or other equipment present.
3. Compare the stroller’s folded length, width and height in the orientation you intend to load it.
4. Check whether the quoted folded size requires wheel removal, and where those detached wheels will go.

D00-144V02GY: trailer and stroller, with removable wheels

This grey model converts between trailer and stroller modes and has quick-release wheels for storage. Its recorded overall lengths differ by mode: 134cm as a trailer and 102cm as a stroller, both 60cm wide and 101cm high. Neither set establishes the folded package size.

The extra mode is useful only if you need it. Check the exact bicycle connection and manufacturer restrictions separately; being listed as a trailer does not prove compatibility with your bicycle. For car storage, confirm what must be removed and how the detached parts are carried.

D00-164V00BU: two different folded configurations

The blue model’s recorded folded dimensions are 57H x 110L x 58Wcm. With the rear wheels removed, the listed dimensions become 35.5H x 103L x 40Wcm.

That distinction can change the storage decision. Compare the larger package first if you do not want to remove wheels on every trip. If you need the smaller configuration, allow separate space for the wheels and follow the model’s refitting instructions. Do not treat these dimensions as interchangeable.

D00-167V00CG: a shorter but wider folded package

This grey model’s recorded folded dimensions are 46H x 95L x 65Wcm. Against the blue model’s folded configuration with rear wheels fitted, it is shorter and lower but wider. That is a dimensional comparison, not a claim that it fits more cars.

A narrow boot opening can make width the deciding constraint. Measure your actual loading route before favouring the shorter length.

What would change the recommendation

Choose by the constraint that rules an option out. Missing folded measurements mean more checking, not an assumed pass. The blue model’s wheel-removed configuration may be relevant where width is tight, while the grey D00-167V00CG may suit a shorter available storage length. The trailer model belongs on your list only if its second mode serves a real need.
