How UK Shortlists Travel works

What we do

• We do not claim live prices, availability, room types, breakfast, parking, shuttle, dog policy, taxes, fees or cancellation certainty.
• We do not claim fastest-route, safest-route, traffic or walking-time certainty.
• We do not claim UK Shortlists stayed at, inspected, visited, tested or reviewed properties first-hand.
• We do not imply that booking partners endorse UK Shortlists.

How source-gated lanes work

Some Travel categories are visible in the shell before they have a full public guide. That is deliberate: planned or source-gated lanes can point readers to safe checklists and explain what still needs owner review, source checks or partner/search validation.

• Live lanes can link to existing hubs, routes and checklists when collection and claim gates are in place.
• Source-gated lanes should stay as reports, checklists or shell pointers until current sources, freshness rules and public-route proof are ready.
• Partner/search-gated lanes should not receive raw partner links, hotel rankings or live availability claims while the gate is unresolved.

Affiliate and partner boundary

Some Travel links may earn UK Shortlists a commission. Affiliate status does not remove the need for current provider checks, and UK Shortlists should not alter partner URLs or add ad hoc tracking parameters outside the central helper/config model.
